Bio
Nikki has 20 years of experience across both commercial and residential real estate. Her intricate understanding of the many facets of real estate development, construction, and leasing lends a unique and valuable perspective and allows her to provide focused attention and a high level of support. Nikki maintains her residential appraisal credentials and holds a Bachelor of Science in Governmental Administration from Christopher Newport University.
Since 2019, Nikki has been in her current role as Director of Marketing and Transaction Management. Before joining 7 Hills Advisors, Nikki earned her license as a Certified Residential Real Estate Appraiser in Virginia and worked full-time as an appraiser in both the Southside and Peninsula markets of Hampton Roads. Prior to that, Nikki performed dual functions as Marketing Assistant and Brokerage Coordinator for over three years with JLL. She was tasked setting up a new office location in Norfolk, putting JLL on the map in Hampton Roads, while onboarding and supporting a team of agents and brokers. Early on, Nikki had a six-year career in commercial construction with Armada Hoffler, starting as a Pre-Construction Assistant, then moving on to Project Management Assistant, followed by a promotion to the sole Administrator for the company’s project management software, providing training and support to over 100 employees across the Mid-Atlantic. Post college-graduation, Nikki worked as a title examiner, tasked with researching and verifying clear chain of title prior to residential real estate closings.
