Nicole Plante is the Broker/Owner and founder of Even Keel Realty, a locally owned real estate brokerage serving Westport and the South Coast of Massachusetts. A native of Westport, Nicole brings deep local knowledge, more than 20 years of real estate experience, and a commitment to providing full representation for every client.
Nicole graduated from Bryant University with a degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting. Before entering real estate in 2002, she had a successful career in food service sales, where she was a top producer in Atlanta, Georgia. Her business background, attention to detail, and strong negotiation skills have become the foundation of her real estate career.
Known for her honesty, work ethic, and commitment to her clients, Nicole believes that real estate is all about the details. She takes pride in educating buyers and sellers, providing honest advice, and helping clients make informed decisions throughout the process.
As a lifelong resident of the Westport area, Nicole understands the communities she serves, from waterfront properties and coastal homes to historic residences, land, and everyday homes throughout the South Coast.
Nicole is also passionate about giving back to the community. She has served on the local Board of REALTORS® Board of Directors, supports local charities and nonprofits, helps families in need, and has served on the Dartmouth Youth Advocate Commission.
In 2021, Nicole purchased and renovated Even Keel Realty’s office building in Central Village, Westport, working with local vendors and continuing her commitment to supporting the community she calls home.
