Nicole Vicano is Vice President, Retail Asset Management at Choice Properties Real Estate Investment Trust. In this role, she leads retail asset management for the organization, overseeing the performance and strategic direction of Choice Properties’ retail portfolio. Her responsibilities include retail asset strategy across stabilized, mixed-use, and development assets, drawing on experience across asset management, development, property management, and leasing functions.
Prior to joining Choice Properties, Vicano managed RioCan’s retail asset portfolio, which included mixed-use and development sites. Earlier in her career, she worked in shopping centre development and expansion at Ivanhoé Cambridge and in land development at SmartCentres.
