Nicole Welch, equity owner and Managing Director, is an Asset Management Officer at Clarion Partners. Nicole is a member of the Firm’s Operating Committee. Based in Dallas, She works with the Industrial Group and is responsible for managing the Western Region totaling over 82million sq. ft. Nicole was previously with JLL for nine years as a broker focused on big box industrial in Southern California. Additionally, she is a member of Clarion’s DEI Council and the Clarion Partners Women’s Leadership Network. Nicole joined Clarion Partners in 2017 and has been working in the real estate industry since 2004. She is a Member of the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (“NAIOP”) Inland Empire and Southern Nevada Chapters.
