Nigel Gillingham is a founding Director at Bruce Gillingham Pollard, having been a Partner responsible for Shopping Centres Leasing and Asset Management at Knight Frank and prior to that a principal shareholders of Markham Vaughan Gillingham.
Nigel is principally responsible for providing development, leasing and asset management advice for mixed use retail and leisure developments throughout the UK.
His experience over 25 years includes consultancy and initial advice for AXA REIM on Windsor Royal Station followed by working with the developers of The Mailbox in creating a completely new retail and leisure pitch in the heart of Birmingham.
Subsequently Nigel has advised innovative developer Allied London on all their recent retail projects including Christopher Place in St Albans and the award winning Brunswick scheme in London's Bloomsbury and Spinningfields Manchester.
In London - Nigel is the principal client contact for Land Securities and headed up the leasing of One New Change.
