Nikhil Chaudhri is Co-President and Chief Investment Officer at Welltower Inc. and is responsible for leading the Company’s investments across acquisitions, debt investments, dispositions, and developments. Mr. Chaudhri joined Welltower in 2016, and in his time at the firm has been instrumental in executing key transactions, restructurings and formation of strategic joint ventures and programmatic development partnerships.
Mr. Chaudhri is a CFA charterholder. Prior to joining Welltower, Mr. Chaudhri worked at JPMorgan Chase Bank, where he structured interest rate and currency derivatives for the firm’s US corporate clients.
