NNikki Dumas, also known as Nikki Dumas-Acerra, is the founder of Dumas and Associates Realty, a proudly women-owned and independent brokerage. Licensed as a Realtor since 1987, she began her career at Burton Realty under the guidance of Mary Burton before opening her own brokerage in 1991. Over the years, Nikki has built an extensive background in residential and commercial sales and rentals. She has also owned, developed, and built numerous buildings, businesses, and condominiums, giving her deep expertise in development, construction, zoning, permitting, and more.
Since 1987, she has worked alongside her husband, Louis Acerra, owner of Studio Modernista LLC, a Chicago-based design and build firm known for innovative design.
