Prior to HGG, Mr. Singh was the Owner/Operator at the Comfort Inn & Suites located in Rochelle, IL. As General Manager, he was responsible for the overall strategic direction, development, and operations of the hotel, which offered a positive and interactive guest experience. Prior to relocating to the Louisville metropolitan area where he learned all disciplines of the hotel industry, Nitesh earned his Bachelor's degree in Biology and Religious Studies with a minor in Physics, Chemistry, and Psychology at the University of Miami. He has over 10 years of experience with hotel operations and renovations. Nitesh's role spans from operational to hotel acquisitions and development.
