Noah works in acquisitions as an associate and financial analyst who is responsible for sourcing and analyzing real estate investment opportunities for Universe Holdings. Currently, Universe is focused on expanding its footprint on the east coast by targeting the Northeast and Southeast markets, while continuing to build on our portfolio on the West Coast.
Previously, Noah worked as a mortgage broker for several years at Continental Partners, where he was responsible for sourcing commercial debt and equity secured by office, retail, multifamily, industrial, hospitality, and shopping centers throughout the United States.
Noah holds a bachelor’s degree from UCLA and is a licensed Real Estate Salesperson in the State of California.
