Mr. Liston began his distinguished career in industrial real estate in 1995 and founded Core Industrial Realty in 2022.
Mr. Liston’s hands-on brokerage approach and knowledge of the Chicagoland market allows him to offer invaluable insight to service each of his clients successfully. His areas of concentration include investment sales and sale/leasebacks, tenant and landlord representation, built-to-suits and vacant land dispositions.
