Nolan is currently the Director of Leasing for Southeast Centers, a 3rd party brokerage and management company specializing in Landlord representation of anchored shopping centers throughout Florida. In addition to handling a portfolio of nearly 1mm square feet of GLA in Central Florida, Nolan oversees the leasing department for the company and leads all business development efforts for the company as it relates to third party leasing and brokerage services.
Nolan joined Southeast Centers in 2021 as a Regional Leasing Representative, responsible for a leasing portfolio of nearly one million square feet of grocery-anchored retail space. Nolan has been a resident of Orlando for more than 17 years, where his familiarity and experience with the market have allowed Nolan to become an expert in the local commercial real estate field on behalf of his clients.
Nolan’s real estate career includes time as a Senior Associate with Crossman & Company, a Leasing Representative with Kite Realty Group, and a Leasing Agent for Real Property Specialists. Nolan has extensive experience handling new leases, lease renewals, ground-up developments, and sales across various asset classes including retail power centers, upscale lifestyle centers, grocery anchored neighborhood centers, retail strip centers, and land parcels.
Nolan attended the University of Central Florida, earning his undergraduate degree in Business Administration. He is a licensed real estate salesperson in the state of Florida and an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers.
