Nolan Mainguy recently joined Colliers, where he focuses on land and multifamily investment sales throughout the Houston market. Leveraging his extensive background in site selection, acquisitions, dispositions, and land leases, Nolan provides strategic solutions for clients seeking opportunities in infill development and multifamily assets.
Prior to joining Colliers, Nolan spent over a decade at CBRE, beginning in 2014 in the Land Brokerage space. There, he represented buyers and sellers of raw land and redevelopment sites across the Greater Houston Area, working with both local landowners and Fortune 100 companies. His primary focus was on infill sites within Houston’s Loop 610, serving office, retail, multifamily, and home developers. In 2021, Nolan transitioned to CBRE’s Multifamily Investment Sales team, where he specialized in the disposition of multifamily assets while continuing to represent land transactions with an emphasis on multifamily development.
