Nolan Mainguy joined CBRE’s Land Services team in 2014. Since then, Nolan has represented buyers and sellers of raw land and redevelopment sites throughout the Greater Houston Area. With experience in site selection, acquisitions, disposition and land leases, Nolan has represented both local landowners as well as Fortune 100 Companies. Nolan’s primary focus is on infill sites within Houston’s Loop 610, in which he deals with office, retail, multifamily & home developers. Nolan enjoys his time in the outdoors fishing, as well as spending time with his large family going to sporting events and going to the family lake house.
