Ms. Felsenthal specializes in the disposition and recapitalization of investment real estate located in Chicago and throughout the Midwest United States. During the course of her career, Ms. Felsenthal has executed in excess of $8 billion of investment sales transactions.
Ms. Felsenthal was the recipient of the Greater Chicago Food Depository Award for Investment Broker of the Year in 2012 and 2015 as well as the 2012 NAIOP Office Investment Transaction of the Year Award.
