Meet Nordis Forcade-Martin. Born and raised in New York City, Nordis started her first job at 14 and has not stopped working since. Nordis dedicated 13 years to her banking career, during which she started as a full-time teller. She was quickly promoted through the ranks until becoming a Vice President and Branch Manager at Citibank, N.A. With the relationship-building and leadership skills under her belt, it was a natural transition for Nordis to bring her banking experience into the Real Estate world. As the Founder and Team Lead at The Forcade Group and Florida Probate Partners, Nordis is actively working alongside professionals and clients in the purchase and sale of complex real estate throughout South Florida. Since obtaining her real estate license in Miami, FL, Nordis has remained a lifelong student of the field. This is evidenced by her extensive specialized designations and certifications, for which she spends countless hours earning credentials that she then puts to work for her clients. This is where being a Certified Probate Real Estate Expert comes in. In addition to the hands-on experience Nordis has working on probate cases, she invests time in deepening that expertise by collaborating with other probate professionals, including attorneys and professional guardians. Nordis is a graduate from Florida International University and holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management and International Business. Personally, Nordis loves to travel, whether literally or through a good read, and to explore different cuisines. She shares this love with her husband, her children, and her fur-baby, Lola.
