Biography
- I was born in 1958 and have lived in Woodside, California for most of my life, currently I own a house in Redwood Sores, CA.
- I graduated from U.C.L.A. in 1981 with a degree in Business Economics.
- I have been in the Real Estate Profession for over 30 years.
- I am Broker/Owner & Property Manager of Switzer, Goldau & Associates.
- I hold both the GRI (Graduate Realtors Institute), SRES (Senior Real Estate Specialist) and the CRM (Certified Residential Manager) professional designations.
- I specialize in Residential, Commercial, Industrial Real Estate and Asset Management in the greater Bay Area.
- I have received several awards for Real Estate Achievement including: Circle of Excellence, and many certificates of achievement from the San Mateo/Burlingame Board of Realtors for being Chairman of such
Committees as: Bylaws, MLS Governing, Grievance, and Commercial Real Estate/Property Management.
- I have sold many commercial, multi-family investment and industrial properties in the Bay Area including Office/Warehouse Complexes, Apartment Complexes, Retail and Industrial buildings. I also currently manage over 20 properties and corporations with real estate holdings for clients.
