Nova Fleske, partner and CEO at Fleske Commercial Group(FCG), is a skilled financial and commercial real estate professional with invaluable experience across diverse industries. Her career has led her down many paths and her strong work ethic and dedication to excellence have been the cornerstones to her success. Nova received a B.S. in Accounting from the University of Central Oklahoma, along with her CPA license in 1996, both of which have provided the foundation she has since built upon throughout her career. With over 20 years of combined experience, ranging from the oil and gas industry to real estate and public accounting, Nova has developed a keen insight into results-driven management strategies and service beyond expectations to both investors, clients and tenants.
For 15 years, Nova served as Controller for an oil and gas company and oversaw the sale of the company in 2007. She went on to start a public accounting practice, which she ran successfully, until she took a role with Equity Commercial Realty as Controller in 2014. The same year, she partnered with her future husband, Eric Fleske, to develop Touchstone Management and Fleske Commercial Group. With the successful property development and management enterprise in place, the pair joined forces with Will Sullens to form Phase One Design in 2015. Working and growing together, as both business and life partners, is one of Nova’s greatest joys and successes.
Her experience working in and with various businesses, along with her accounting background, help their property development and management companies bring projects to fruition in a way that financially benefits both investors and tenants. As she continues to grow professionally, Nova strives to create a one-of-a-kind experience for FCG’s employees, clients and business partners alike. Nova is dedicated to implementing the structures and technology necessary to create efficiencies and reduce risk for their clients’ investments. This combination of skills enables her to provide excellent service in her field.
