Nushin serves as Senior Vice President responsible for the Asset & Transaction Management team.Nushin is responsible for optimizing the overall profitability of the Firm’s portfolio. By identifying and executing opportunities on the asset and portfolio levels, the Madison Clark Group seeks to generate value from its pool of assets and maximize returns for shareholders. The Madison Clark Group works to create value in all market cycles and conditions via opportunistic lease restructuring, timely financing, strategic deployment of capital for asset redevelopment, and timely disposition activity.
Nushin will combine her marketing strategy and implementation experience with her commercial real estate expertise to further Madison Clark Group’s growth initiatives.
