Ofir Barashy is a commercial real estate advisor and founder of Barashy Group, a Las Vegas–based brokerage focusing on commercial real estate with experience in industrial, office, retail, land, and investment sales primarily throughout Southern Nevada and 1031 exchanges nationally. He represents property owners, investors, and business operators with a focus on strategic advisory, valuation, and execution rather than transactional volume. His work frequently includes owner-user acquisitions and dispositions, value-add repositioning, 1031 exchanges, and long-term portfolio planning.
