Originally from New York City, Oliver began his career in advertising tech before transitioning to real estate. In 2019, Oliver returned to Wilmington, NC, the city of his alma mater, UNCW, to establish permanent roots. He initially started in residential real estate but quickly discovered his passion for working in the commercial brokerage space.
Outside of work, Oliver is a loving husband and proud dad of two boys. He enjoys sailing, surfing, golfing, and traveling.
