Oliver joins Avison Young’s New York office with over 18 years of experience in commercial real estate. Throughout his career, he has cultivated an extensive client roster and completed more than $200 million in leasing transactions, building a proven track record across diverse sectors.
Before joining Avison Young, Oliver spent 17 years as a commercial real estate advisor specializing in client-focused solutions within the New York City market. Most recently, he served as Director of Real Estate Management at Northwell Health, overseeing a 10 million square foot portfolio with a focus on transaction management, strategic portfolio planning, and asset optimization.
With experience in both the private and public sectors and a deep understanding of end-user needs, Oliver brings a unique perspective to every project, skillfully navigating complex market dynamics to deliver exceptional results.
Originally from England, Oliver earned his undergraduate degree in Biology from the State University of New Paltz. While at New Paltz, he was a four-year starter for both the men’s soccer and rugby teams and was a finalist at the All-American camp in Colorado in his senior year. He later established a mentoring program for current student-athletes, where he serves as Chair. Oliver is also the recipient of the inaugural 40 Under 40 Award and the Professional Alumni Award.
