Bio
Olivia Robertson approaches real estate as a creative practice—connecting people, ideas, and spaces in ways that feel both strategic and deeply personal. With 15 years of experience in the real estate industry, she brings a seasoned, multi-layered perspective across markets and asset types.
A fourth-generation San Francisco native, Olivia’s career has spanned New York, Los Angeles, and now a full-circle return to the Bay Area. After graduating from Hamilton College, she began in Manhattan with the Serhant Team, the #1 residential real estate team nationwide at the time, where she built a foundation in high-volume, high-stakes dealmaking. She was later tapped to open and lead a Brooklyn office, but chose instead to expand into development.
As Acquisitions & Development Director at Sorgente Group of America—owners of the iconic Flatiron Building—Olivia worked across New York and California on projects centered around preservation and repositioning, including the disposition of the historic Fine Arts Building in Downtown Los Angeles. That role ultimately drew her back to California, where she settled in Venice Beach before joining Compass Commercial in Beverly Hills—ultimately landing in Los Feliz for six years.
Her work has since focused on industrial and retail leasing, investment sales, and distinctive assets, including bringing the historic Regency Center in San Francisco to market.
Now based in San Anselmo, where she lives with her family, Olivia services San Francisco, Marin, and Petaluma—bringing a locally rooted, custom approach to each market. In addition to her brokerage work, she manages over 100,000 square feet of commercial space in San Francisco, giving her a hands-on, owner-minded perspective across leasing, operations, and long-term asset strategy.
Her work lives at the intersection of real estate and creativity, frequently partnering with founders, artists, and independent businesses to help them find spaces that reflect their vision and support their growth. As the owner of Upper Market Gallery, she is also deeply embedded in the city’s creative community, curating and supporting emerging artists.
Raised in a real estate family and shaped by cross-country experience, Olivia brings a sharp instinct to her work—gravitating toward thoughtful design, dynamic people, and spaces with a story.
Outside of real estate, she is a lifelong athlete who continues to play competitive sports and finds inspiration in movement, travel, art, and community.
