Olivia serves as Junior Associate of Leasing with the industrial and office leasing divisions of Live Oak where she is focused on procuring lease transactions for tenant representation, project leasing, and business development.
Olivia joined Live Oak full time after graduating from the College of Charleston. Her experience includes an internship with Live Oak in the summer of 2024 after earning her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Real Estate.
