Bio
Born and raised in Rapid City, SD, Olivia learned the importance of dedication, hard work, and determination from her parents who were also small business owners. She moved to New York City to attend The Fashion Institute of Technology where she obtained her Bachelor of Science degree in 2001. In 2009, her love for the Black Hills and desire to raise her daughter in her home town surrounded by family led her to move back to the area. It was then that Olivia began her career in the property management industry as a licensed property manager at an established property management company in the area. Olivia founded K&O Property Management in 2014 naming it after herself and her daughter, Kira.
As founder and owner of K&O Property Management, Olivia has continually demonstrated excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills, which she proudly incorporates into the company’s services. K&O Property Management consists of three essential components: quality property management, prompt responsiveness and top-notch customer service. Olivia values her tenant and owner relationships and understands the importance of providing timely yet quality service to all shareholders.
Olivia is proud of the success and growth of K&O Property Management and is humbled knowing that its success and growth is due in part to the continued support of her property owners and tenants and most of all her loving husband Omar and daughter Kira.
