Omar Younes is a real estate broker with over two decades of real estate investment advisory and development experience and more than $350 million in transactions both internationally and domestically. He has consistently delivered double digit returns for institutional partners, high-net-worth investors and real estate advisory clients. In the United States Omar has transacted in over $50 million of commercial and residential real estate as an independent investor, developer, and broker. He is a licensed broker in Virginia, Maryland, and Washington, DC. Earlier in his career as an Executive Director at Concord International Investments Group (SEC registered) Omar was instrumental in launching Egypt’s first offshore private equity real estate fund—a $150 million closed end fund, advised on a $120 million Red Sea hotel sale, and was the founding developer of a $30 million boutique resort development. He holds a B.A. in Middle Eastern Studies from George Washington University and a master’s in real estate development from Georgetown University
