Omri Russo joined the company in 2016 after three years of working in residential and multi-family real estate brokerage. Getting his start at JB Goodwin Realtors, then transitioning to Cushman & Wakefield San Antonio Commercial Advisors, Omri has since settled into his role as Vice President – supervising Management, Leasing, and Brokerage at Joe M. Kboudi Real Estate, Inc.
Omri is active in the daily management of retail and office operations of all shopping centers including management of the common areas, marketing of all properties, leasing vacancies, annual NNN reconciliation calculations, maintenance of the physical properties, generating annual budgets, supervising vendors and contractors, and more. He has assisted in negotiating and writing over 100 commercial lease agreements and has represented several local and national-credit tenants as a tenant rep broker in San Antonio and surrounding markets.
The company has grown its portfolio by seven properties, and numerous tenants and landlords with Omri’s assistance and supervision. Omri has maximized utility and activity online for the company by utilizing SEO capabilities as well as maintaining the company’s public image and listings on CoStar, Crexi, and LoopNet (among others). He also created the company’s email marketing system, regularly calls property owners and prospects, and helps lease vacancies by creating marketing materials and brochures. With proven experience managing and leasing retail and office assets, Omri continues to move the company forward and is enthusiastic about what lies ahead.
Omri earned his Bachelor of Business Administration in Real Estate Finance and Development from the University of Texas at San Antonio in 2018. He enjoys traveling the world with his wife and two children, playing basketball, writing music with his band, and rooting for the San Antonio Spurs and Dallas Cowboys with his dog, Duncan.
