My name is Orlando Fernandez, I was born in Houston, Texas and grew up in Fort Worth. My mission is to serve my community and bring them transparent, ethical, real estate brokerage services. I bring 19 years of experience in Right of Way, Direct Land Acquisition and Real Estate Brokerage. As the principal broker and partner, I am responsible for the management, growth, direction, compliance and leadership for Perla Realty Group. Our projects have included minor land subdivisions, urban infill projects, affordable housing and direct land acquisition for land assemblages. I have worked with State, County and City officials on land use planning, zoning and permitting.
