Bio
Pablo Castro serves as Head of Real Estate at QXO, where he leads the company’s enterprise real estate strategy, transactions, and portfolio optimization. He oversees real estate planning and execution across a large, multi-market footprint that includes industrial, outdoor storage, warehouse, and corporate office assets. In his role, Castro is responsible for site selection, leasing, acquisitions and dispositions, and real estate support for corporate growth initiatives and M&A activity.
Castro brings more than a decade of experience in commercial and corporate real estate. Prior to joining QXO in 2022, he held senior real estate leadership roles at Securitas Security Services USA, where he managed nationwide leasing and portfolio strategy, and earlier worked in brokerage with NAI James E. Hanson. He holds a Master of Science in Real Estate Development from New York University and a bachelor’s degree from Rutgers University
