Pablo Melgarejo joined Newmark in 2025. Before that, he joined CBRE in 2019 as a member of the Advisory & Transaction Services Occupier team in Atlanta. His primary focus is on Tenant Representation. With a passion and extensive background in financial markets and economics, Pablo enjoys working closely with companies to strategically align their business and financial goals with a space that reflects their company culture.
Prior to entering the CRE industry in 2015, Mr. Melgarejo was a Senior Trader in Chicago and helped Kingstree Trading LLC become the largest volume electronic trading firm in the world, specializing in the E-mini S&P and E-mini Nasdaq. His leadership working closely with C level executives, helped them create a workspace that was first in class.
Originally from Florida, Pablo is married with three kids and enjoys coaching youth sports, golfing and playing soccer.
