A part of Wilder’s asset management team since 2007, Paige oversees all the company’s property management operations and lease administration. She has managed all classes of retail properties including enclosed malls, mixed-use lifestyle centers, and grocery anchored neighborhood centers. She leads the transitions team for new third-party accounts and is instrumental in the acquisition due diligence process. Her responsibilities also include monitoring each property’s financial and operating performance. She acts as liaison to ownership groups and clients on management and reporting issues.
In addition to her shopping center experience, she brings extensive knowledge and insight to her position as a former business owner and Economic Development Director.
