Over 40 years ago, Barry and Pam Kelly moved to Monticello from Key West, Florida after a much-loved stint in Stuart, FL. Drawn by the welcoming North Florida feel, and ready to begin a family, the Kelly's have been “loving the local life” in Jefferson County ever since.
In 1991, the husband-and-wife Owner/Broker duo opened their doors as Kelly & Kelly Properties. After raising two children, Barry and Pam welcomed daughter Brenna as a Sales Associate in 2017, and after the family and business have continued to grow.
