Pam has specialized in industrial and retail/office sites with the seller/buyer side and landlord/tenant side and also specializes in tenant representation. Additionally, her expertise includes land transactions with vacant parcels in the Southwest Florida area. As a result of working in the retail, industrial and office sites throughout Southwest Florida and has extensive experience in both the sales and leasing opportunities. She guides the customer throughout the negotiations, due diligence, and the closing process. Additionally, Pam works with landlords to understand the highest and best use for a property. She has access to measuring tools via the mapping, current cap rate, NOI, and all the financials necessary to protect you from your future investment and feel comfortable in your decision.
