McLaughlin Management Services was started in 1990 by Pamela Couch. She graduated from UCSD in 1984 with a B.S. in Civil Engineering and then went on to get her M.S. in Structural Engineering from Stanford in 1986. Pam is a member of the California Association of Realtors and the National Association of Realtors. Over the last 32 years, Pam has built her business to help pair local property owners and good tenants, with a focus on keeping homes and commercial properties well maintained. She prides herself on her honesty, attention to detail, integrity, and care. Currently servicing many commercial and residential properties around the Bay Area, she is able to give personalized attention to each client and tenant. Placing importance on a family-owned business, Pam is happy to have her daughter Katie join her in growing and maintaining McLaughlin Management Services.
