My primary focus is to oversee the property marketing process for the Capital Markets, Office Investment Team. My primary responsibility is managing the marketing process of the portfolio - from proposal creation to closing. This entails a wide variety of responsibilities, including market research, writing the marketing collateral, graphic design, website creation, and coordinating due diligence.
In addition to property-specific marketing, I am responsible for the creation of team marketing materials including internal and external public relations, team specific marketing initiatives, white paper marketing and web-site management. Other duties include overseeing monthly tracking reports, coordinating with vendors, and creation of marketing presentations.
