A proud Haywood County native, Pamela Penny Williams grew up in her grandmother’s real estate office, discovering her passion for the industry early. After earning her Communications and Public Relations degree from the University of Tennessee, she served as a Regional Vice President for a major real estate investment firm before returning home to build a successful real estate business rooted in service and mountain heritage. As Co-Founder of Gateway Realty Group, Pamela is dedicated to mentoring agents and developing strong, sustainable careers. Under her leadership, Gateway has become home to top-tier professionals across Western North Carolina. She and her partner, Sarah Corn, lead with integrity and a commitment to high standards—qualities that make their team a trusted choice for buyers, sellers, investors, and families planning their financial future.
