Parker Champion currently serves as Chief Operating Officer and Partner at Champion Real Estate Company, where he is responsible for overseeing the firm’s day-to-day operations and leading its high-yield and value-add cash-flow investment activities. In this role, he manages operational execution across acquisitions, asset management, leasing, and development functions, while ensuring alignment between investment strategy and portfolio performance. His responsibilities include coordinating internal teams, supporting investment decision-making, and overseeing execution of Champion’s value-add strategies across its urban-infill real estate portfolio.
