Parker Estes is a Senior Vice President with the Austin office of Weitzman. Estes specializes in retail tenant representation, retail project representation and disposition services in the greater Austin area. At Weitzman, he has been involved in numerous acquisitions and dispositions, as well as project leasing and tenant representation. Key assignments include leasing for Round Rock Crossing, a more than 450,000-square-foot development, and the Mueller Regional Retail, a 400,000-square-foot ground-up retail project. He has negotiated approximately 30 acquisitions on behalf of JPMorgan Chase Bank. From 2007-2009, he helped with the disposition of 13 closed Albertsons in Central Texas. Most recently, Estes has been handling commercial land dispositions and selling retail development sites. In addition, he handles land acquisitions and assemblages for retailers and retail developers. He consistently ranks as a top three producing broker in Austin, and is often ranked as a Top 10 broker for Weitzman on a company-wide basis.
