Parker Howard is involved on the front-end of Priority’s projects, focusing on finding tenants, writing leases, projecting cash flows and assisting the CEO throughout the development process.
In addition, he is responsible for maintaining tenant relationships and conducting quarterly site visits at the company’s many properties. Parker is a licensed real estate agent with Re/Max Riverside.
Parker graduated from Manhattanville College where he majored in Business Management and minored in Political Science. He is an avid Formula 1 fan and enjoys playing hockey and golf.
