Parker began his career at Velocity Retail Group in 2021 as a researcher, where he helped successfully
source and kickstart numerous deals. He supported the brokerage team through detailed market research, mapping, and client reporting, and played a key role in assisting transaction execution—demonstrating his ability to contribute meaningfully to high-level projects from the start.
In 2024, Parker joined The Gast Team, where he quickly made an impact by completing 28 deals in his first year. His strong work ethic, market knowledge, and deal-making instincts helped drive results for a range of landlord and tenant clients across the retail sector.
