Parker Noble serves as an Senior Associate for Stream Houston’s office division representing institutional owners, private equity, asset management firms and local ownership groups across the city. His primary responsibilities include strategic marketing and leasing of office properties, analyzing trends in Houston’s office market, identifying and underwriting investment opportunities, and business development.
Parker currently serves on NAIOP’s Developing Leader Council.
Prior to joining Stream, Parker was an intern at Coldwell Banker Commercial Capital Advisors in Lubbock, TX completing financial and market analysis on eight commercial real estate markets throughout Texas. In addition, Parker attended Texas Tech University where he graduated with both an M.S. in Finance and a B.B. and in Finance.
