Pat has been with Fobare Commercial since 2012, and is primarily responsible for office leasing, acquisitions, dispositions, and client account management. In his commercial real estate career, Pat has facilitated in excess of 2 million square feet of transactions in the submarkets of Richardson/Plano, Far North Dallas, Las Colinas, Irving, and Central Expressway. Prior to joining Fobare, Pat received his Bachelor of Science in Finance/Real Estate from Clemson University. He resides Dallas, TX and is married to his wife, Allie.
