Bio
As a native Floridian, Pat was born in Miami Florida in 1947. He graduated from Chaminade High School in Hollywood, FL in 1965. Pat spent 4 years in the Navy ending his tour in Atsugi Japan. Returning home to Miami, he started his career with Florida Power & Light Company. He spent 22 years with that company then, due to restructuring, moved to a new company, Pyramid Moldings, in Green Cove Springs. He spent 7 years there and then due to another restructuring, decided to join Watson Realty Corp. in 2001. Since joining Watson Realty Corp. Pat has been in the top 20 Producers for 2004,05,06,07,08,09,13,14,18 and 20 with sales in excess of $10 million per year. He was also ranked #11 in Northeast Florida in 2008 by the Jacksonville Business Journal. He handles both residential and commercial properties throughout the State of Florida.
