Pat has over 20 years of hospitality and multifamily experience and has participated in over $1 billion of financing and purchase/sale transactions. He has led a number of Windsor Hospitality (previously Windsor Capital Group) projects, including over $90M of hotel renovation work throughout the portfolio, as well as the development of a multifamily platform spanning the country. He has raised capital domestically and internationally in both private and public markets. He is currently President of Windsor Hospitality.
