Patrice Marks brings a fresh perspective to the real estate business, with her wide range of corporate and international business experience.
Patrice received her master’s degree in business administration from National Louis University after working with a variety of companies that span the globe: from Australia, to Italy and Germany, to New York and Chicago. She was a member of the board of directors for the Federation of American Women’s Clubs Overseas (FAWCO). Patrice also was Vice President/International Business Facilitator for the Haddon Corporation, where she helped small and medium-sized businesses achieve global growth through partnerships, joint ventures, distributorships and funding.
As a result of her experience, Patrice understands the importance of adding value to her clients’ businesses. She uses her insight to find the strategic fit between business goals and real estate needs. “Chicagoland offers a wealth of opportunities,” she says. “It’s our job to find the right property for each of our clients, so their vision of success can become a realty.”
Patrice is Assistant Chairperson of the Commercial Forum for the North Shore Barrington Association of Realtors. In addition, she is a member of Business Network International, The North Shore International Network.
As Vice President of the Medical Division at National Realty Network, she assists Doctors, Developers, and Investors to buy, sell, or lease medical properties.
