Patty Kemmerer is a Senior Brokerage Coordinator in the Los Angeles South Bay office of Cushman & Wakefield. Her expertise includes, but is not limited to, the leasing and sales of office properties in the South Bay region, coordinating the marketing efforts on all of the team’s real estate assignments, tracking market trends, cold calling targeted prospects, ensuring team listings are updated and posted accurately on the listing services and organizing marketing campaigns and events for the team.
She is knowledgeable about all aspects of South Bay leasing and sales including but not limited to touring, negotiating and interfacing with Tenants, Owners and Brokers on a day-to-day basis.
