I bring an international perspective and a strong foundation in economics to my work as an Investment Advisor. Over the years, I’ve built hands-on experience across wealth planning, international tax, and financial technology.
Before entering commercial real estate, I worked with firms in Spain and Mexico, contributed to global wealth planning case studies, and supported product development for a fintech company based in Orange County. I’m bilingual in Spanish, which allows me to work seamlessly with international and Spanish-speaking clients. This diverse background helps me approach real estate decisions with a broader financial lens and a sharp analytical mindset.
I specialize in multifamily commercial real estate, advising owners and investors on acquisitions, dispositions, and long-term portfolio strategy. My team and I have transacted on 35+ multifamily properties totaling approximately $150+ million in volume, with experience across the North Orange County market. I regularly work with clients executing 1031 exchanges, helping identify suitable replacement properties, coordinate timelines, and align reinvestment strategies to optimize cash flow, tax-advantaged benefits, and portfolio growth. My approach emphasizes durable income, value-add opportunities, and market-driven pricing strategies to help clients maximize returns while mitigating risk.
Outside of work, I stay active at the beach or on the basketball court. I’m scuba certified, enjoy deep-sea fishing, and love traveling to new destinations. A fan of strategy and mental challenges, I’m always working to improve my Rubik’s Cube and chess skills, interests that reflect my curiosity, discipline, and strategic thinking I bring to real estate.
