Patrick Brakefield, SIOR, is a Senior Vice President and Director of Brokerage at Charles Hawkins Co., where he has served as a principal since joining the firm in 1999 after beginning his commercial real estate career with CBRE in 1986. He specializes in industrial real estate and has completed transactions exceeding hundreds of millions of dollars and tens of millions of square feet over the course of his career.
