Patrick Cersosimo joined Newmark Grubb Knight Frank's Pittsburgh office in 2004 and currently serves as a director specializing in landlord and tenant representation. Mr. Cersosimo offers an extensive knowledge of financial modeling and analysis, lease restructuring and negotiation. He has built and maintains strong relationships throughout the real estate industry, which he partners with his knowledge of the local market to establish and implement strategic real estate tactics for his clients. A select list of his clients includes prominent companies such as Kojaian Management Corporation, Lowe Enterprises, The Dobbs Group at Graystone Consulting and Guardian Protection Services.
Employing his extensive knowledge of the industry, Mr. Cersosimo guides his clients through the real estate process, ensuring they make the best decisions to benefit their business needs. Mr. Cersosimo has a proven track record of exemplary service to his clients through a strong emphasis on real estate process and strategy.
Currently, Mr. Cersosimo manages all leasing and marketing activities for over 1 million square feet of downtown and suburban Pittsburgh office product. His experience provides a wealth of knowledge related to leasing and sales transactions, along with a history of outstanding leasing success and total market awareness.
Mr. Cersosimo is a member of the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP); NAIOP's Developing Leaders Group and a Board member of the YMCA Camp Kon-O-Kwee/Spencer.
Mr. Cersosimo graduated with honors from West Virginia University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in communication studies. In 2005 he attended the University of Pittsburgh's Semester at Sea Program, traveling around the globe to over 20 different countries.
