Pat, company founder and Apollo Property Management’s President, attended McMaster University in Hamilton and Carleton University in Ottawa, studying Business and Economics. Pat has also completed a number of courses offered by (BOMA) Building Owners and Managers Association including Design, Operation of Building Systems Parts I and II, Real Property Law, Real Estate Investment and Finance and Environmental Health & Safety Issues. Prior to joining a large area development firm in 1989, Pat was employed by a major international real estate firm, gaining broad experience in property management, as well as real estate sales and marketing.
