Patrick serves as the President of Ryan’s Southeast Region, where he is instrumental in driving strategic growth and operational excellence across the Georgia and Florida markets and extending influence into Tennessee, North Carolina, South Carolina, Alabama, and Mississippi. With over 20 years of experience in real estate development, construction, and investment sales, Patrick is recognized for his strong leadership and ability to forge new business relationships, control and close exceptional land positions, and placemaking great real estate.
In his role, Patrick offers his executive guidance to lead the region while promoting a culture of teamwork and collaboration.
